Error (expand_doc_hol_bib) : FCC01/FCC61 relation is not HOL.

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 17.01

    Description:
We have run manage_07 in parallel on our production server against the parallel holdings library FCC61. We are getting errors in the log, /exlibris/aleph/prod/alephe/FCC61_p_manage_07.log: "Error (expand_doc_hol_bib) : FCC01/FCC61 relation is not HOL".

In addition to these log errors, it appears that the bibliographic (FCC01) data is not being expanded into the Z13.

    Resolution:
Since you are expanding info from FCC01 (to FCC61), you will to change this line in library_relation, from:

    HOL FCC01 FCC60

    to:

    HOL FCC01 FCC60 FCC61

    and add these lines:

    BIB FCC61 FCC01
    HOL XXX30 FCC60 FCC61 FCC62
    HOL XXX50 FCC60 FCC61 FCC62

    From site:

"We have added the suggested lines to the library_relation table as suggested. This works, however, now the parrallel libraries show up in the nav map of the client. We do not want this to happen in production.
Since the process only runs for a couple of hours, we have decided to run it in a non-parallel fashion for production."
