Problem Symptoms:
We are using p-acq-16 to make summary of our budgets as part of the End of Year Procedure
The service stopped at budget number 10.000 (since 2005). Is this number hardcoded somewhere? Can we change this manually?

114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

Cause:
Hard coded limit of 10.000 records

Resolution:
Delete the z68 and z601 records with this number corrected the problem.
