Problem Symptoms:
After the upgrade to Aleph 22 there is a problem with one of the circulation services, Requests Report (cir_07)

Each run resulted in the following error:

I/O error : file 'TP3'
error code: 3/7 (ANS85), pc=0, call=1, seg=0
37 File access denied

Cause:
Temporary scratch files of service belonging to user root

Resolution:
1. Remove temporary files
./xxx50/scratch

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 May 23 17:11 cir_07_2
