Error in running UTIL I/6 in ill region

Description:
UTIL I/6 in ILL Library fails with error /exlibris/ill/i16_2/ill01/form_<lng> directories do not exist. form_eng directory is points to $alephe_root/form_eng via path_convert. Note that $alephe_root/form_eng exists.
Should this be done in this way?

Resolution:
There is no need to run util/i/6 for the ILL region.
The only reason the files are packed are to load them into the GUI client.
Since the ILL product does not use the GUI client you do not need to run the utility.
When reports are printed, they take the correct file directly from the form_eng directory.
