Error message: 'Home library is mandatory - TAB100-USER-ADDR-PERMISSION'

When I try to save a particular patron's record I get an error:

'Home library is mandatory - TAB100-USER-ADDR-PERMISSION'

She already has a home library, and I had not changed the tab 100 settings (ours is set to 0 - no checking) so any idea why we would suddenly get this new error?

Resolution:
The check_z303 error file has been changed in version 18, the new error in Aleph 18 is "Profile ID does not exist". I would suggest you to remove the following files from $alephe_root/error_eng, so the correct error message is read from aleph/error_eng directory:

check_z303
p_file_20

Checking the affected patron record, the profile is indeed invalid. It should be '01' rather than '1'. Please check how the incorrect profile got into the record and fix it as required.
