    Resolution:
    The problem will be solved with rep_change 2306 in Aleph 21.

    Solution: This has been corrected.

    Implementation Notes:
    If localization is required, the following lines should be added into www_f_heading:
    9760 L Available
    9761 L Loaned by user
    9762 L Booked by user
    9763 L Not Available
    8800 L Select Row
