    Error when trying to save new records, IDN already exists

    Problem Symptoms:
    When trying to save a new record on server error message "Field 001 already exists in another document" appears and the record can't be saved.

    Cause:
    Util g/2 counter

    Resolution:
    The util g/2 counter was wrongly set by accident and so the system tried to overwrite an already existing IDN which is not possible.
