    Description:
    Our library is having problems loaning journals in v18. It seems like the system is trying to do something with booking, although we aren't using booking.

    The problem has been seen only with one particular sublibrary and one item status. However, some items with the same status have been successfully loaned.

    Some items produce this error "Unable to find available slot" and other items produce "Failed to read reply" errors. In the pc_server_log, we see:

    Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a18_2/aleph/exe/io_z321.gnt'

    Resolution:
    There are probably out-dated entries in your Z321. Please drop and recreate z320 and z321 using UTIL / A / 17 / 1 and rerun p_cir_60.

    To check the dates in Z321:

    select count(Z321_DATE_LAST), Z321_DATE_LAST
    from XXX50.z321
    group by Z321_DATE_LAST;
