    Problem Symptoms:

    * The log of p_publish_04 contains the ?€œExecution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/aleph/exe/get_buf_docx.gnt'?€? message

    Cause:

    Resolution:
    1. Find the system number of the last record read in the p_publish_04.log
    2. Check the system number that is immediately after the last system number (last sysno+1) with util f_4 doc
    3. You get the same error message about ?€œexecution error?€?
    4. To delete the bad record from Z00 table contact your local Ex Libris Support for detailed instructions

    6. Repeat the previous steps if publish-04 will stop with the same error message on a different system number
