Expand from template deletes field indicators

Problem Symptoms:
Indicator in existing field is deleted when the subfield code for a field is different in cataloging record and in template and when you use "Expand from template" in order to merge existing record and template.

Cause:
System behavior

Resolution:
The algorithm that performs the merge between the record and the template is extremely complicated. It has worked without problem for many years. Any change in it is highly risky and will most probably result in regression.
We suggest not to change this algorithm.
