Description:
When we have an expired user attempting to place a hold request, at the point of clicking “Go” in the ill-alternate-unit page (or bypassing it), they are not sent a valid page.

Resolution:
The following file was missing from the server in the www_f directory: message-page.
See attached message-page.txt (remove ".txt" for use in www_f).
If a patron has a delinquency, the appropriate page should read: "Patron has a Delinquency."
