    Description:
Using the Fast Patron Registration screens, when the user is created, the tab31 settings for the user seem to be ignored. All user permissions are simply set to 'no', among the other settings that are ignored.

    Resolution:
When a new Patron is created via the Fast Patron Registration screen, the Patron appears to have 3 Local Profiles: Aleph, XXXXX, XXX50.
In fact, this is misleading, because NO Local Profile has been created for XXXXX. Click on “Local Patron Information” in the left window and then click on XXXXX in the top of the right window. At the bottom of the right screen you see the “Local Patron Details” for XXXXX. “Patron Status” is empty. That means that this Patron does not have a Local XXXXX Profile. All the Permissions are set to “N” because there is no profile so there are no permissions.
