Description:
Everything cataloged at Circulation gets a year of 2004 regardless of any date entered originally. Where is that date coming from?

Since the '2004' shows up on overdue notices, this is hard to explain.

There is no default 'year' in our abc01/tab/pc_tab_circ_fast_cat.eng; our abc50/pc_tab_circ_fast_cat.eng is empty.
