Problem Symptoms:
After adding a blank line (using DIS) in xxx01/tab/edit_doc_999.lng in some cases the field after the DIS line is not displayed.

Resolution:
The active DIS line in xxx01/tab/edit_doc_999.lng shows

Add the following in columns 9 and 12:
## DIS D L Y E

Restart the WWW server. The fields will be displayed correctly.
