Description:
From our GUI Circ List of Courses, when I choose a course that has documents, then click over to the doc list and click the "catalog" button (not the "catalog new" button), the record is pushed to the bib library, but is greyed out.

The record shows that it's in the ABC30, but when I switch to the ABC30 library, the record is still greyed out. I've double checked permissions, and I have rights to edit catalog records in both the ABC01 and the ABC30. Why is it greyed out?

Resolution:
I see that there is a permission.dat file under abc30. See KB #8192-2043.

Renaming the ./abc0/pc_tab/catalog/permissions.dat worked like a charm.
