Problem Symptoms:
Staff user XYZ is unable to view holdings (HOL) records in GUI, doesn't get list of Holdings.

Cause:
Function not allowed in GUI Staff privileges.

Resolution:
Using a log-in with rights to update user privileges....
* Click on the skeleton key at lower right
* Select "Staff Privileges" from dropdown
* Highlight user XYZ and click on Access Rights [if proxied to another user, do this and the following for that other user]
* Select the bib library, then Cataloging tab --> Catalog Overview Tree --> View list of Holdings Records
* If not checked, set it to "Allowed" in options on the right
* Restart the client on XYZ's PC.
