GUI Aleph 21 install under Windows 7 hangs copying "CarBr29.ttf"

Description

* Installation of GUI Aleph 21 on PC running Windows7 64-bit is stalling
* A new folder was created and GUI500.exe moved into that folder and executed
* GUI500.ini was changed to point to this folder.

When running the setup and it hangs:

Installing
Copying file
C:\Windows\system32\CarBr29.ttf

It shows 36% complete.

Cause:
The program is looking for the barcode font files in c:\windows\system32\ folder instead of the sysWOW64 folder.

Resolution

Under Windows 7 the correct way to install the GUI is
* run it from right-click menu -> 'Run as administrator'. (not double click)
* The windows user must be Administrator

Additional Information

The same problem might also happen for Windows 10 and Aleph 23.
