    Description:
If we enter a specific date in the “Arrival Date” filter field, this will only modify items which have this exact arrival date.
If we leave the “Arrival Date” filter field empty, i.e., 00.00.0000, this will only modify items with an empty arrival date.
According to the GUI help, an asterix (*) will include all values.
But how can this be used in the Arrival Date field?

    Resolution:
    See v18 rep_change 000333 / SKB 11037
The Item Arrival date has been set to zero when using the "Change Item Process Status" functionality in GUI.
    This has been corrected.
** In addition, the default value of this field in the "Global Changes" window is now 01/01/1900 (indicating to the system that Item Arrival date should be kept as is). **

In examples given the following settings were tried and found not to work,
    [a] Arrival Date = from 00/00/0000 to 00/00/0000
    [b] Arrival Date = from 18/01/2012 to 18/01/2012

This setting will work: Arrival Date = from 01/01/1900 to 01/01/1900.
It is the equivalent of using an asterix (*) in the Arrival Date field.
