Description:
When we click on the global patron information in the Circulation module, we get the following error message:

Remote File Error (global-90)
Access denied for remote file

Also when we select the local patron information, the line about the global patron is missing above the local patron.

Resolution:
I find that the aleph-web3-18(1) ./abc50/bor_pics directory is empty. (abc50 is the $usr_library.) It needs to have a default_picture.jpg file in it.

To correct this, do this:

dlib abc50
dr
cd bor_pics
cp -p /exlibris/aleph/a18_1/usr00/bor_pics/default_picture.jpg .

And then restart the pc_server.
