    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Description

expand_doc_bib_hol is specified in the "PRM1" (or "FULLP") Primo expand in the xxx01 tab_expand, and most of the records display the expanded 852, 856, etc., fields correctly in Primo, but the fields are missing for one bib record.  This record is connected to an item with a z30_item_process_status value of "SP".  When the "SP" is changed to blanks, the HOL fields display OK.

    Resolution

Changing the xxx01 tab_expand so that the expand_doc_bib_hol line:

      PRM1  expand_doc_bib_hol -001,002,003,004,005,006,008

    is before the

      PRM1  expand_doc_bib_avail THRESHOLD=080;AVA=RB,ND,IP;RESHELVING=Y;COLLECTION=Y

line, corrected the problem.  (And the correct AVA fields continue to display.)
