Hold request notices not generated.

Description:
We have turned Hold/Requests from the OPAC back on (modified tab15.eng and tab_hold_request to prevent the links from appearing on the item display) and the process seems to work correctly: patron clicks on item request button, logs in, places hold.

The request shows up on their record but no hold request notice is generated in abc50/print.

Resolution:
The process which controls this Hold request notification function is the ue_06. Checking with util c/1, I saw that ue_06 is not running in abc50. I did util e/6 to start it. We now see in the $data_scratch/run_e_06.27428 log that it is processing records successfully.
