    Description:
If I do not want to block borrowers who have overdue materials, what should I put in col. 4 of tab_block_circ?

    Resolution:
If you don't want to enforce a block for overdue items in tab_block_circ, you can leave col. 4 null (blank).
(Using "99" will block users who have 99 or more items overdue).
    For example:

    !  1   2   3    4  5       6
    !!!!!-!!-!!!!!-!!-!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    USM50 ## #####       500.00
    ##### ## ##### 01    500.00

NOTE:  "z305_loan_check N" or the lack of check_circ_9_a can prevent tab_block_circ from being used.  See the article  Blocks aren't enforced for particular patron .
