How to add "Material Format" to Order list drop down menu

Desired Outcome Goal:
Adding "Material Format" to Order list drop down menu
Procedure:
1. In ./xxx50/tab/pc_tab_exp_field.lng, add the following lines:
ACQ_ERM_TYPE L Print PRN
ACQ_ERM_TYPE L Electronic ELC
2. restart pc_server via util w 3 3
