When the service "Load authority records (manage-31)" is run in cataloging module authority library and records are added sometimes the log file states
"08:Record Added "
and other times is states
"14:Record Added ".

If it is "n" and no match record - a new record is added and a message type 14 is displayed
If it is "c" and no match record - a new record is added and a message type 8 is displayed
