Desired Outcome Goal:
Adding placeholder $1400 to the bor-history-hold-body displays the SFX link, but clicking on it does nothing.

Procedure:
1) Add placeholder $1400 to bor-history-hold-body : 
<td class=td1 valign=top>$1400</td>

2) Add SFX column to bor-history-hold-head : 
<th class="text3">SFX</th>

3) The html placeholder for the SFX link is using the Javascript open_window.
Add include-window to bor-history-hold-head : 
<include>include-window

Restart the Web server.

Additional Information
The SFX link is not added to the standard version since it is usually not used there.
