New patron status added to all necessary tables.

Procedure:
1. Select a two-digit number for the new status which is not used in the ./xxx50/tab/tab31; add the number to tab31.

2.. Add a new entry for the status to each of the following tables: pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng, tab16, and tab30.

3. Restart the pc_server.
