    Desired Outcome Goal:
    1. Faculty/Staff/Trustee patron status xx becomes Faculty/Trustee status

    2. New Staff patron status yy is created.

    Procedure:
    1. In ./xxx50/tab/pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng* change:

    BOR-STATUS ##### L Faculty/Staff/Trustee xx

    to:

    BOR-STATUS ##### L Faculty/Trustee xx

    and add:

    BOR-STATUS ##### L Staff yy

    2. Add patron status yy to tab16, tab30, tab31, and tab37*.

    Additional Information

If the BOR-STATUS doesn't require sublibrary sensitivity, it may be in pc_tab_exp_field.eng instead of pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng.

Though tab37 *can* contain the individual patron status, it is normally coded with a wildcard ("##") covering all statuses.

For new patrons, the new patron status can be included in their PLIF records. Existing patrons could either have the status updated manually in the GUI or changed via the PLIF load.
