How to delete groups of files from $alephe_scratch

Easily delete groups of files from $alephe_scratch.
Procedure:
* util x/1 ("Clean alephe_scratch") can be used for this purpose.
* The $alephe_root/aleph_startup file includes "Cleanup TMPDIR/LOGDIR" procedures. The same could be added for $alephe_scratch.
