Desired Outcome Goal:
How to expand field 852 and 866 into BIB record?

Procedure:
Add expand_doc_bib_hol to xxx01/tab/tab_expand in order to expand HOL information into BIB. This routine adds all relevant fields from HOL to BIB record, also those fields which are actually not available in the HOL record. e.g. field 866 which might be created by routine expand_doc_hol_86x (in HOL library).
