    Description:
I don't know if this is possible but I need to ask you about finding out a system number for a record that was deleted.

The scenario is the following. If you open our Cataloging module, go to Search tab and select the Browse function. In there search for "Desafios brasileiros na era dos gigantes" in the Title list.

You will see that the heading is still there but with no #Docs related to it, meaning that this record was deleted.

So is there a way by looking the ACC heading record to find out which was the related BIB record that was linked to it in first place? If we find the system number I can then see the deleted record in Cataloging and list all catalogers that worked with this record in the past (Including the one that deleted t)

    Resolution:
The method below is not 100% certain, but may offer a clue:

First, seach on the title using util f/4 for the z01:

    Enter start point (CCCCCATTTTTTTT)
    TIT Ldesafios brasileiros

    03 acc_code ..............TIT
    03 alpha .................L
03 filing_text ...........DESAFIOS BRASILEIROS NA ERA DOS GIGANTES
    03 filing_sequence .......81044
    02 z01_acc_sequence ........000781044
    02 z01_hash ................196838900776
    02 z01_aut_tag .............
    02 z01_rec_key_4 \
    03 aut_library ...........-CHK-
    03 aut_doc_number ........000000000
    02 z01_acc_sequence_see ....000000000
    02 z01_number_of_doc .......00000
    02 z01_cataloger \
    03 cataloger_name ........BATCH-UPD
    03 cataloger_level .......00
    02 z01_open_date ...........20080604 <--------------
    02 z01_update_date .........20080604
    02 z01_cataloger_library ...
    02 z01_non_filing_char .....00
    02 z01_update_doc ..........Y
    02 z01_update_z0102 ........
    02 z01_ref_type ............
    02 z01_category ............ZZZ
02 z01_normalized_text .....$$-desafios brasileiros na era dos gigantes
02 z01_display_text ........$$aDesafios brasileiros na era dos gigantes

Then look for a z13 with this open date. (When a doc record is deleted, the z13 continues to exist but with a null z13_title field.) :

    iad01@ALEPH0> select z13_rec_key from z13 where z13_open_date = '20080604' and z13_title is null;
**** Hit return to continue ****

    Z13_REC_K
    ---------
    000086534

And here is this record in util f/4:

    Reading doc : 000086534

    FMT L BK
    LDR L ^^^^^dam^^2200325^a^4500
    005 L 20080605132340.0
