Desired Outcome Goal:
When running p_acq_23 with dates in the Subscription Start and Subscription End fields for the current year, the resulting report is empty, and the Renewal Date field is not updated. How to create a proper report?

Procedure:
The "subscription end date" in the order must be later than the "To order renewal date" you assign in the service. There is NO new order created but a letter to the vendor is produced and the order record is updated with the new date.
