How to make a change to item collection

Description:
I would like to use p-ret-03 to retrieve the relevant items and then use p-manage-62 to make a change to collection code. However, the output from p-ret-03 is not good as an input for p-manage-62.

Resolution:
The following workflow should help:

1. Run p-ret-03 or p-ret-01.
2. Run p-manage-70 with parameter "BIB-to-ADM" in order to convert this file to p-ret-adm-01 structure.
3. Run p-manage-62 with input file from p-ret-adm-01.

Another option is to search with p-ret-adm-01 in order to retrieve the items, connected to a specific sub library. Then you will get an output file with item system numbers. You can use it as input file for p-manage-62.
