How can one force the operator to enter in a barcode when creating a user record?

Resolution:
If TAB100-DEFAULT-BOR-ID-1 is set to "N", when the Barcode field on the Global User Information form is blank, the system will issue the "Barcode ID is missing" message. (If it is set to "Y", the system will use the value in the z52/UTIL-G-2 last-bor-id-1 counter.) Thus, to require the operator to enter in a value, set it to "N".
