On advice from colleagues, we have recently begun daily restarts of ue_01, ue_17 and ue_19 which seems to have cleared up some of the delays with unmediated ILL request processing. In the logs for ue_17 and ue_19, there are Active hours listed 00 - 23. Should we make the hour of the restarts "inactive"? If so, how do we do that?

Resolution:
No, you don't need to change the active hours.
The setenv ue_17_active_hours is in the library's $data_root/prof_library file.
To allow it to be active at all hours, set it to "00-23". The default is "00-23" if not specified in the prof_library.
The same applies to ue_03, ue_08, ue_11, etc.
All have a "ue_nn_active_hours" in the prof_library.
