    Description:
Our customer is planning to read the borrower's barcode from a proximity reader that works through the COM1 port.

What is Aleph's development tool to prepare the necessary files (APIs?) so that the reader is compatible with the system? Can Aleph include them in the module?
If not, which option do we offer them in this case?

    Resolution:
Any data that comes from hardware which is connected to com1 of the PC is read like it was typed in via the keyboard. If you want to connect another barcode reader to the PC, please test it first with no program changes.
