How to run p_manage_07

Description:
We understand that p_manage_07 is the job that creates the short docs from the bib records. If we change what tags are to be included in the short doc, what is the procedure to run p_manage_07 to re-create the short doc file?

Resolution:
p_manage_07 is the only job that needs to be run. If you want to run it for the Z13 only (i.e., no Z00R), then you need to indicate that in the submission. (To run it from the command line, you would do:

csh -f $aleph_proc/p_manage_07 SYS01,1,000000000,999999999,1 > & $alephe_scratch/sys01_p_manage_07

Specifying "0" for the 5th parameter would do both the z13 and the z00R; specifying "2" would do just the Z00R.
