How to set up character negotiation for z39.50 client
In the conf file under /alephe/tab/z39_gate/z39_gate_xxx.conf, add this line after the hostname and recordtype lines:
charsetneg utf-8
Additional Note:
Z58-IN-RECORD-CHAR-CONV in ./alephe/gate/xxx.conf, should not have MARC8_TO_UTF. It can have other UTF-TO-UTF values.
