    Desired Outcome Goal:
    How to trace and remove illegal character in a record

    Procedure:
    1. Run Retrieve Catalog Records (ret-01) on the suspicious records
    2. Run Download Machine-Readable Records (print-03) on the output file of ret-01
    3. In the server check the output file of print-03 in ./xxx01/scratch/ and remove the illegal characters
    4. Upload the corrected records to the server via Load ALEPH Sequential MARC Records (manage-18)
