How to turn PDS off?

Description:
Normally, setting the PDS-AWARE switch from Y to N in the $alephe_tab/tab100, and restarting the servers should be enough.

We had a customer where this didn't help. The Sign in was still redirected to PDS.
Ori Miller (the 2nd line Aleph Team leader) found that, for this customer, a link to the PDS was added to their HTML page "head-1-nobor" :

Ori changed this to:
