    How to use Aleph to convert MARC to XML

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Use Aleph to convert MARC records to XML (for input to another system -- no Aleph jobs require XML format for bib records).

    Procedure:
    1. Use file-01, file-02, and manage-18 to load the file into Aleph;
    2. Run print-03, specifying "MARC XML" as the output format.
