    Description:
Circulation staff are wondering if there is any way to view the history of holds (placed by a patron or placed on an item) in the circulation module. It seems like a hold request, once filled or cancelled, “disappears” and it’s impossible to see what happened from then on. Is there any way to make that history visible in the client?

    Resolution:
The GUI Circ Item tree has a "History" option which includes a "Hold Requests" tab. This shows the history of hold requests for each item.

Also, the Patron -- Circulation Log contains entries for: Online recall, Batch recall, and Recall cancelled.
