    ILL2 "Words From Title" Search Not Working in Borrowing and Lending

    Description:
    The ILL2 Borrowing and Lending Requests searches using "Words anywhere" or "words from title" are not working on Production.
    We received an error:
    Remote Service Error (c1011 31) Error parsing find request.

    Comparing the Test and Production server xxx0/tab/tab00.eng files showed that Test (where the search is working) has additional lines:
    H WIT W-016 00 00 Borrowing/Lending
    H WIU W-017 00 00 ILL unit
    H WYR W-018 00 00 W-year
    H WUR W-019 00 00 W-URL
    H WCL W-020 00 00 W-sublibrary
    H WFM W-030 00 00 W-format
    H WST W-033 00 00 W-status
    H WLC W-040 00 00 W-Call no.

    When I moved these lines into the table on Production, I no longer receive the parsing error, but receive a message: Remote Service Error (c0862 f-borrow 33) No records match the request.
    I receive this error on searches for words known to be in the Request title.

    Resolution:
    Run p_manage_01 (Rebuild Word Index) using these correct tab00.eng definitions.
    This locks ALEPH and must be run when the library is closed.
