In the pc_server_log we see this error:
Oracle error: io_z411_start3b z411
ORA-00903: invalid table name
In searching the CRM, I found KB 8192-2215 that says if you are not using GUI ILL the circ.ini file should have ReturnILL=N. Does that mean that if we are using the Integrated ILL the ReturnILL should be set to Y?

Resolution:
If the flag is set to ReturnILL=Y, then the patron's loan is discharged and the ILL request is marked with one of the following statuses (depends on the supplier's protocol type):
* CLS - Closed (for non-ISO workflow. This is a final ILL request status)
* RT - Returned by library (for ISO workflow. The ISO 'Checked-In' message is expected to be received from the supplier)
If the flag is set to ReturnILL=N, then the patron's loan is discharged and the ILL request is updated with the status RTP - Returned by Patron (regardless of the supplier's protocol type). At this stage, the final return to the supplier should performed via the ILL GUI, Borrowing - Return action.
Yes, in GUI ILL, you should have ReturnILL=Y.

Regarding the Oracle error, this has been fixed by v18 rep_change # 001657 which is expected in the July 2008 service pack:
