    On the new request form, we have no values in the Level of Service drop-down. Where do these come from?

    Please add the LEVEL-OF-SERVICE entries listed below to pc_tab_exp_field.<lng>.
    Remember that the CRM compresses spaces, so check that the spacing is correct in the file. .
