ILL request renewal and cancellation in Primo

Problem Symptoms:
Patrons are able to renew and cancel ILL requests in PRIMO but it should be avoided.
./xxx50/tab/tab100 has PAT-RENEW-ILL = Y
Cause:
Configuration
Resolution:
1. Change ./xxx40/tab/tab100 to
PATRON-RENEW-ILL=N
PATRON-CANCEL-ILL is only relevant for ISO ILL requests. No change required.
2. Restart the WWW server
Additional Information
PAT-RENEW-ILL - Defines the patron?s ability to renew ILL loans via the Web OPAC?s Library Card - ILL Active and Total Requests and Primo DLF service.
Y - 'loaned to patron' can be renewed by patron
N- 'loaned to patron' request cannot be renewed by patron (the Renew button will not be available). The action can be done only by staff user via GUI ILL / Circulation)
PATRON-CANCEL-ILL is only relevant for ISO ILL requests.
For regular (non-ILL) Requests the system checks the status to offer patron cancellation.
The following statuses allow cancellation:
"NEW" New
"NEM" New - Staff review
"WAP" Waiting for Process
"LOW" Locally owned
"LOF" Locate failed
Otherwise the message "Cancellation is not allowed for this ILL request's status." will be displayed.
