    Question

The ISSN search in Serials module has two entries: ISSN and BIB-ISSN (in ./xxx50/tab/pc_tab_exp_field.lng).
How can the ISSN be retrieved only for the connected ADM?

    Answer

BIB-ISSN searches in the BIB library, all ADMs, while ISSN displays the result for the connected ADM.
The goal is to open the found item in the Control navigation Tree > Check In. Since only one item can be open at a time in this node, system behaves differently when more than one result is found.
When more than one result are found, the message is displayed: "Multiple matching records found. View in brief list?"

Select "No" to refine your search.
Select "Yes" to see the results in the Brief List.

If the last option is selected, the regular search in XXX01 (BIB-ISSN) is activated. The results will be shown for all ADM records, not related to the connected ADM.
