    Description:
I'm having problems with the Import Library (UTIL-A-20) feature. It seems to work to the point of removing the tables, then thinks the library is locked and stops, leaving the library empty of tables or data. I'm trying to import the SMC libraries into our new database, but not having much luck. I need to complete this today if at all possible. What is missing or going wrong?

    Resolution:
You need for the z52 with library-lock-status "0" to be in place..
But in this particular case, there was a problem even after that was done: The target Oracle was different than the source Oracle (in regard to the tablespace name, possibly something else).
**The UTIL-A-19 / UTIL-A-20 export/import can be used only when the Oracle is exactly the same.**
Extracting the files with p_file_03 and loading with p_file_04 worked for all files...
(Non-ALEPH Oracle utilities might also be used to do this.)
