Description:
I get the message "Inactive at this time due to env ue_01_active_hours -- hh:mm:ss" in the ue_01 log (or in the aleph_startup log). How can I correct this?

Resolution:
The setenv ue_01_active_hours is in the library's $data_root/prof_library file.
To allow it to be active at all hours, set it to "00-23"..
The same applies to ue_03, ue_08, ue_11, etc. All have a "ue_nn_active_hours" in the prof_library.
