    Inaccurate "Library also has physical copies" Message Displays

    Problem Symptoms:
    Although a record links to an additional resource, not a true electronic copy, the
    "Online access. The library also has physical copies"
    message displays

    Cause:
    MARC encoding is incorrect.

    Resolution:
    For additional resources (not a true electronic copy), the 856 field should use both of the following:
    * 2nd indicator specifies the type of additional resource, for example, 1 = table of contents
    * subfield 3 (text describing the type of additional resource)
