    Inactive suppliers show up on the Locate Preview list

    Description:
    Should potential suppliers that are flagged as not active show up on the Locate Preview list?

    Resolution:
    The status of the supplier is not considered during the Locate Preview stage. It is considered during the actual assignment of suppliers to the potential suppliers list. If you are finding that inactive suppliers are showing up on the list of potential suppliers, that is a problem. Otherwise, not.
